Started my vacation at 5 p.m. EDT today. Tried looking at clothes for L.A., but just got discouraged. I hate shopping for clothes. Meanwhile, it continues to be cold, wet, and raw out. The weather pattern is supposed to last through mid-week! The grass is already about a foot high, and I'll be gone once the weather is more amenable to mowing. I also have to fix the gutter, and I really ought to do that before I leave, raining or no.

There was a nice surprise waiting for me when I got home, a package from orthoepy! There was a CD of her Just Pure Sex mix, and a copy of The Boy Allies with the Cossacks, by Clair W. Hayes. I was expecting the CD, but I wasn't expecting the book at all. Very cool!
